EDILIANS presents a new Health and Safety plan
Initiated by Pascal Casanova, President, with the support of strategic management, EDILIANS' new Health and Safety plan brings together two priority areas for the company: workplace safety and employee health. It will be officially launched on September 18th during the 2020 edition of Health and Safety Day.
Zero accidents and zero illnesses: the 6 essential themes of the EDILIANS Health and Safety program
With the aim of collectively achieving the objective of 0 accidents and 0 illnesses, the new EDILIANS Health and Safety program is organized around 6 essential themes:
- be proud to work in health and safety with greater emphasis on good practices and successes,
- the mobilization of everyone, in all departments, thanks to the essential role of managers,
- a Health and Safety charter which brings together the rules to be adopted by everyone,
- a plan dedicated to mental and physical health, defined as a major subject,
- compliance and security of machines and equipment in all factories,
- increased integration and training of new entrants and temporary workers.
These new directions are accompanied by a dedicated graphic charter illustrating the notion of interdependence.
The starting point for the mobilization of each of the 1.000 employees will be the next Health and Safety Day, which will be held on September 18 at all EDILIANS production sites.
