Edilteco France is 15 years old

 In 2017, EDILTECO® France celebrates its 15th anniversary. The opportunity to review the evolution of the company, which has made innovation, performance and certification, the levers of its commitment to its customers!

This is the story of EDILTECO® France… An innovative and efficient offer, meeting the contemporary expectations of the construction world.  

Founded in 2001, the French subsidiary of EDILTECO® Group is located in Pays de Loire, near Cholet. It

then benefits from all the expertise of the Group, based in Italy, to develop and distribute its various

constructive solutions in the new construction and renovation markets.

The growth policy, based on innovation through improved performance of its systematically certified products, was materialized in the development, in 2005, of the 3000 m² EDILTECO® France production plant in Sèvremoine (Saint Germain sur Moine).

The manufacturing and marketing of EPS aggregates for lightweight mortars and concretes and ready-to-use lightweight screeds and mortars then began on French soil.

The machine is launched!

In 2008, the first notable turning point for the French subsidiary and the Group took place with the bold launch of ECAP®, an ITE system that is the subject of a worldwide patent.

2010 marked a second turning point for the French subsidiary, which consolidated its position on the market by purchasing from Cement International EPS the business of the company POLYCIMENT®, which brought together the Artificial Aggregates BS Technologies SA and Arvenix entities.

The year 2015 saw the realization of the 3,5 million euros investment for the extension of the industrial site: two production lines were created for the manufacture of polystyrene plates for ITE systems, and the new 3700 m² factory accommodates 4 buildings, 2 of which are dedicated to the manufacture and transformation of polystyrene blocks into plates for ITE and Industry, as well as to the manufacture of the ECAP® system which was until now produced in Italy. The other 2 poles are dedicated to the laboratory which analyzes and controls the quality and conformity of the products for the certifications and labels (CE Marking, ACERMI, etc.) acquired by EDILTECO® products; as well as to logistics, preparation and tracking of orders. 

Today, EDILTECO® France employs 34 people and generates a turnover of just over €9 million. This success is based on values that are reflected in multiple certifications: high standards and strategy, and zero defects!

This concern to do well, to place quality and confidence in the products and partnerships that are formed,

is undoubtedly one of the success factors of EDILTECO® France. These last 15 years have been rich

of developments and successes, and the adventure is only just beginning. See you in 15 years!
