EDMA acquires TOPOMESURE

EDMA has announced the acquisition of Topomesure, the exclusive distributor in France of the CONDTROL brand, one of the European leaders in measuring instrumentation, headquartered in Germany and offering a wide range of laser measuring and detection devices.

This acquisition will allow EDMA to expand the range of hand tools it has been offering since 1937 by providing construction professionals with access at attractive prices to a wide range of innovative, high-tech laser measuring and detection instruments designed by the CONDTROL brand.

This acquisition, which now concretizes the representation in France of the CONDTROL brand by EDMA, makes sense in more than one way for the two companies, both of which have long based their development on values of innovation and quality, and profitable strategies in terms of R&D investments materialized by numerous patent filings and differentiation from their competitors.
