EDMA becomes official partner of WorldSkills France
EDMA and WorldSkills France signed a partnership agreement on Tuesday, November 5th, for the World Building Championships.
International non-profit organization whose mission is to promote apprenticeship and professional training, WorldSkills organizes the largest international trade competition open to the best young professionals from around the world: WorldSkills Competition.
EDMA wished to participate in this major event this year with the aim of supporting the new generation of professionals. The French manufacturer thus becomes an official partner of WorldSkills France and will sponsor the actions carried out by WorldSkills France during the 46th WorldSkills Competition which will start from 2020.
The partnership concluded will cover the following construction trades: masonry, tiling, solier, metal roofing and landscape gardener. It will give EDMA the opportunity to support young people in learning techniques and perfecting practices specific to their trades, while giving them the means to evolve in a prestigious competition.
The encouragement of learning, the enhancement of transmission and the search for quality, conveyed by the WorldSkills competition, particularly echo the intrinsic values of EDMA which, for more than 80 years, has placed innovation and quality at the heart of its activity.
EDMA is very proud to highlight for the next two years, alongside WorldSkills France, work, merit and talent.
