EDMA - Winch plate lifter
After the success of the EDMAPLAC 450 rack and pinion plate lifter with drywall craftsmen, EDMA is innovating once again and now offers a new winch plate lifter: EDMAPLAC CABLE.
EDMAPLAC CABLE
Designed for professional use on construction sites up to 3,50 m high, the new EDMAPLAC CABLE is very efficient and supports loads of up to 60 kg. It lifts the plate safely, in horizontal and inclined positions (under slope), using a double cable for lifting and lowering. It is equipped with a tilting handle, which facilitates loading the plate onto its head, and ball-bearing pulleys which reduce the effort required to hoist the plate. Its 360° free rotating head then makes it particularly practical to adjust the position of the latter. Finally, it has a small, light and space-saving format and it is delivered almost completely assembled (except for the head), allowing it to be assembled in just 5 minutes.
Its famous counterpart, the EDMAPLAC 450, which has recently benefited from multiple improvements (magnesium steering wheel, silent handling, etc.), is equipped with a rack and pinion system that can be assisted by a screwdriver. It thus offers unparalleled precision and lifting comfort. Its maximum height (4.50 m with extension) and load (80 kg), combined with its ability to lift the plate in all positions (including vertical), make it particularly efficient for intensive professional use. It also has a 2-lever brake system and a wooden platform.
These two EDMA plate lifters are fitted with folding side legs and 3 wheels (2 of which have brakes) allowing easy passage through doors. They comply with all health and safety requirements of the European “MACHINERY” directive - 2006/42/EC, and are approved by Bureau Veritas compliance reports and CE certifications.
