Equatio® Floor from RECTOR: flooring solution for single-family homes

To support building professionals and CMIstes in their challenge of designing houses that comply with RT 2012 without losing living space or increasing their cost, RECTOR has developed Equatio® Etage, a new flooring solution with unprecedented performance.

Efficient, Equatio® Etage allows you to optimize and modulate the spaces in your home, while achieving the objectives set by RT 2012.

By removing the partition wall, replacing it with a simple partition, Equatio® Etage helps eliminate thermal bridges, reduce the thickness of the linings and therefore construction costs. With the linings thus reduced, this solution also allows for increased living space.

Finally, Equatio® Etage increases the modularity of the space: the floor surface can be distributed into lightweight partitions that can be moved without major work and without modifying the load-bearing elements of the house, thus creating modular spaces at lower cost.
