The world's first range of anchors made from renewable raw materials fischer strives to develop ever more efficient and innovative fixing and anchoring solutions, while minimizing the impact on the environment.

GREENLINE FIXING RANGE

Furthermore, many craftsmen and DIY enthusiasts are keen to limit the environmental impact of their construction, renovation, or decorating projects. To meet their needs, fischer has developed the world's first range of fasteners made from renewable raw materials: Greenline. Innovative, Greenline products offer the same performance, safety, and load capacity as similar traditional fischer products. With this Greenline range, fischer can meet the needs of many construction sites that require the use of sustainable products and materials.

A sustainable range

The fischer Greenline range, made from German quality materials, is made from 50 to 80% renewable raw materials. It consists of seven product families that enable multiple applications in a wide range of building materials:

- The UX Green universal anchor,

- The SX Green expansion anchor,

- GK Green plasterboard anchor,

- The N Green hitting ankle,

- Fixing in FID Green insulating materials,

- GB Green cellular concrete anchor,

- FIS Green 300 T all-material chemical injection resin.

Made with over 50% renewable raw materials

With the proven quality of fischer nylon, the UX Green, SX Green, GK Green, N Green, FID Green and GB Green anchors are manufactured with more than 50% raw materials of plant origin, castor oil used as a base material for polyamideThis oil is not used for human or animal food, and therefore does not compete with agricultural land.

Greenline anchors have been tested and inspected by the TÜV Rheinland DIN CERTCO centre and fall into the “50-85% Bio-based” category. Their packaging is more environmentally friendly since it is made with 90% recycled paper.

As for FIS Green 300 T, it is the first sealing resin to contain more than 50% raw materials of plant origin. Its styrene-free formulation has been completely redesigned to contain organic components, instead of complex chemical components, which allow it to meet the different functions of reactive resins, additives, plasticizers and thermoplastic polymers.

High-performance and reliable products

Durable, Greenline anchors guarantee a perfectly secure hold and the same properties and load levels as traditional fischer nylon anchors. Simple to use, they allow for quick assembly and easy implementation.

Safe, the two-component FIS Green 300 T resin is perfectly suited to fixing heavy loads in different materials and has the same technical and performance characteristics as its traditional counterparts.

It has an EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) issued by the German Institute for Building and the Environment (Institut für Bauen und Umwelt eV).

Rated A+, FIS Green 300 T sealant can be used indoors without risk, due to its very low emissions of volatile organic compounds. It has a European Technical Assessment (ETA) for fixings in masonry and uncracked concrete.

UX Green - Anchor for all materials

The UX Green nylon anchor expands in solid building materials and forms a knot in hollow and sheet materials. It can be used with wood screws, chipboard screws and spacer screws to fix frames, lamps, curtain rods, hanging cabinets, etc. It is available with or without a rim, in diameters from 6 to 12 mm.

The UX GREEN 8x50 R can support up to 20 kg when fixed in hollow brick.

SX Green - Quadruple expansion anchor

The UX Green nylon anchor with quadruple expansion offers high load capacities in most materials (aerated concrete, solid masonry, hollow brick, sand-lime bricks, etc.). The anti-twist device firmly locks the anchor in the drill hole for added security. It is suitable for fixing frames, lamps, lightweight shelves, TV units, etc. With an edge, the UX Green prevents any slippage in the drill hole. Without an edge, it allows for a greater anchoring depth. It is available in diameters of 5 to 12 mm.

The SX GREEN 6x30 can support up to 65 kg when fixed in concrete.

GK GREEN - Plasterboard anchor

The GK Green nylon plasterboard anchor provides secure, form-locking fixing thanks to its self-tapping thread. It screws flush with the surface of single and double plasterboards. Its compact design allows for secure installation in walls where the board thickness and hole depth are unknown. It can be used with wood, sheet metal, and chipboard screws with a diameter of 4 to 5 mm, as well as various hooks and eyes. It is ideal for fixing frames, lamps, electrical installations, furniture accessories, etc.

The GK GREEN can support up to 8 kg when fixed in 12.5 mm plasterboard.

N Green - Knock-in Anchor

The N Green hammer-in anchor allows for rapid hammer installation in most building materials. The internal stop prevents premature expansion of the anchor. It is used for through-hole fixings in frames, cable ducts, secondary structures made of wood or metal, etc.

The N GREEN 8x80/40 can support up to 24 kg when fixed in natural stone.

FID GREEN - Anchor for fixing in insulation

The FID Green anchor is used exclusively in insulation for installation without thermal bridges. The special spiral thread allows for easy installation without pre-drilling in thin plaster. It allows you to fix outdoor lamps, mailboxes, alarm systems directly into the insulation, etc. It is available in 50 or 90 mm lengths.

The FID GREEN 50 can support up to 5 kg when fixed in an insulating panel.

GB Green - Anchor for cellular concrete

The GB GREEN anchor is a special fastener for aerated concrete. Its spiral outer ribs create a form-fitting lock in the building material and ensure optimal strength. Once the drill hole is pre-drilled, it can be hammered in to fix lamps, shelves, cable trays, pipes, etc. It is available in sizes 8 and 10.

The GB GREEN 8 can support up to 20 kg when fixed in PB2 cellular concrete.
