To continue its growth and better meet market demand, France Géothermie is increasing the creation of subsidiaries through the end of the year. These subsidiaries have a dual objective: to manage the dealer network while conquering new markets to ensure their financial sustainability.

FRANCE GEOTHERMIE shapes its network and creates subsidiaries

By creating regional subsidiaries, FRANCE GÉOTHERMIE aims to qualitatively increase its national network of dealers, provide new logistics and services to professionals and thus position itself closer to the end customer to combat the paradox of the renewable energy market and give it a real dynamic to develop all its potential.

With more than 20 heat pumps installed since the company was founded and facing a strong national market growth (more than 000%), the company FRANCE GEOTHERMAL could be satisfied with the status of French leader acquired in barely 15 years.

But the paradox of the current under-exploitation of the renewable energy market - in view of the challenges they represent - and in particular geothermal energy (free, available 24/24, a model of excellence in sustainable development), invites the company to create a new dynamic to develop, increase its market share and the diffusion in the best conditions of this clean and efficient technology.

FRANCE GEOTHERMIE SUBSIDIARIES IN THE REGION

The creation and development of regional subsidiaries, which began a year ago, will be completed by the end of 2010, covering five major French regions: the West, North, East, Southwest and Southeast. Established in an area with too little current representation of the company, or resulting from an alliance with a concession FRANCE GEOTHERMAL existing and efficient - then becoming shareholders of FRANCE GEOTHERMAL - these subsidiaries have multi-faceted missions and carry major challenges.

Multi-faceted because the subsidiaries are responsible, first and foremost, for supporting, transmitting, advising and continuously training the dealer network FRANCE GEOTHERMAL. Then, they are also responsible for their own economic viability by conquering their own markets. And finally, they are also responsible for representing the brand, where the presence is still too weak. The creation of these subsidiaries will only take place under conditions and on criteria of professionalism affirmed and recognized among the candidates.

These subsidiaries are therefore defined as a true local "task force" serving these professionals and guaranteeing successful completion for the end customer.

Indeed, they will have to support and optimize the action of the network, monitor it, federate it, provide it with ongoing training and give it the opportunity to develop its turnover by contributing market niches linked to new technologies or products.

The subsidiary transfers its skills to the dealer, provides logistical support to cope with the peaks in activity often encountered in the heating sector, and finally fosters the professionalism and know-how of the network through its triple advisory role: commercial, technical and management.

The main idea behind the opening of the subsidiaries is the creation of greater synergy between the different players in the chain as well as the pooling of resources, knowledge and energy to optimize everyone's productivity, boost the market and increase the company's influence and image in its geothermal and aerothermal expertise.

Thus, the subsidiary backed by the parent company, in direct contact with its technological expertise, its logistics, its production tool, its marketing and R&D services, will provide it with its feedback, the content of which will be able to contribute to greater innovation, modernization and efficiency. Furthermore, the subsidiary will be a very active driver in the development of the France Géothermie network's activity as well as in increasing the technical and commercial expertise of the concessionaire and its teams.

We see it, with the creation of these 5 subsidiaries, FRANCE GEOTHERMAL is determined to move forward to impose the growth of geothermal energy in France and thus fully deserve its place as a great national leader.
