From the industrial world to construction brokerage
Franck has spent most of his career in industry, both in France and abroad. In his forties, he settled down, eager for a change of scenery. This industrial environment no longer suited what he was looking for. He has long been passionate about the world of construction, in its broadest sense.

With Activ Works, he specializes in construction brokerage. "Real estate has always interested me. I probably missed out on architectural training... In my personal life, I've always tried to make a property my own by renovating it."

NB: In the early 2000s, this entrepreneur joined forces to create an emulsion brand for the renovation of false ceilings with metal frames without removal and replacement.
