Applying a curing product to the surface of fresh concrete, a water repellent for waterproofing walls, a formwork oil for formwork, tar removers to dissolve grease, sludge and tar on truck chassis, floors, etc. are all operations in the building industry that require the use of a sprayer. It is also used in many finishing works such as anti-moss treatment, wallpaper removal, stripping facades, etc.

A great comfort of use

With a useful capacity of 6 L (EXPERT 7 VITON®) and 8 L (EXPERT 13 VITON®), The sprayers are very comfortable to use. Practical, their cylindrical tank made of injected polypropylene, translucent with graduated gauge, has a wide opening for easy filling and emptying, without the need to unscrew or remove the pump. In addition, the design of the tank allows for complete emptying, without any product retention areas. Equipped with a measuring cap, the EXPERT 7 VITON® and EXPERT 13 VITON® allow for very precise dosing.



Optimal security for the user

EXPERT 7 VITON® and EXPERT 13 VITON® have undergone numerous quality controls throughout their manufacturing process. Thus, pFor optimum safety, the tank has been explosion tested and can withstand up to 4 times the nominal pressure of the sprayer (i.e. 12 bars). In addition, the sprayers have a brass safety valve (polypropylene body) with VITON® seal, set at 3 bars, which provides a pressure relief and pressure level indicator function. It is mounted in such a way that it cannot be separated from the rest of the sprayer.



Reliable and high-strength materials

EXPERT 7 VITON® and EXPERT 13 VITON® are equipped with reliable and robust components. The fixed eccentric pump (which avoids having to remove it to fill and empty the tank) has an ergonomic knob, for a perfect grip and one-handed pressure application, a brass rod and VITON® seals. Extremely resistant, the hose of the special solvent product lance, in black reinforced PVC (exterior) and hytrel coating (interior), offers very broad chemical compatibilityFinally, the Viton® seals that equip the sprayers in the EXPERT VITON® range ensure resistance to chemical products (acids, oils, solvents, etc.).

With an extended length of 2,4 m or 3,6 m (depending on the model), the giant Laser Industrie telescopic lances are ideal for effortlessly carrying out high-level treatments on large building facades, treating frames, removing moss from roofs, etc.

For controlled application of chemicals and to avoid over-consumption, the sprayer must be equipped with specific nozzles.



Swirl or universal nozzles



- Adjustable jet with stainless steel pellet : This range of 7 stainless steel pellets of different diameters offers several flow rates (from 8/10 to 25/10). Each nozzle produces an adjustable conical jet to adapt the jet according to the surface to be treated and the distance from the target.



- Adjustable jet with saphirex pellet : These micronisor nozzles are made of sintered alumina, a material of exceptional hardness (close to diamond) which guarantees great stability of the characteristics and performance of the nozzles over time: flow rate, distribution and particle size.



Flat fan nozzles 



- Brush jet for medium width application / Mirror jet for large width application. These nozzles made of different materials (polypropylene, acetal resin, brass, sintered alumina) have different colors and angles that characterize their specific flow rates in l/min.
