HIRSCH Isolation completes its STISOLITH® range for the insulation of slab undersides

To further facilitate the installation of panels for insulating the undersides of slabs using mechanical fixing, HIRSCH Insulation has developed two lightweight solutions, by removing one of the wood wool facings, with the same thermal and fire safety performance as traditional panels. Two new references are thus entering the range:

line-height:normal">Stisolith® Ultra LR Meca : for parking lots and basements of public buildings. Stisolith® Ultra LR Meca is the first insulation for slab undersides optimized for mechanical fixing in public buildings.

Stisolith® LR A2 Meca : for technical premises at risk.

The products in the STISOLITH® range are 3-in-1 solutions which provide both thermal insulation, la compliance with fire regulations et the dressing aesthetics of the slab.

Composed of only 3 layers - graphite expanded polystyrene insulation, laminated rock wool and a white wood wool cladding - Stisolith® Ultra LR Meca is lighter than traditional slab underside insulation (composed of two wood wool facings). Stisolith® Ultra LR Meca is thus the first slab underside insulation optimized for mechanical fixing in ERP. Thanks to its thermal qualities, it can be installed in unheated premises of public buildings. It complies with article 1b of AM8 and article PS16.
