Greater safety during loading/unloading phases with the AWB automatic wheel locking system

Suitable for all types of trucks, this Hörmann safety equipment is dedicated to optimizing the safety of loading stations by ensuring a protective function against the unexpected departure and involuntary drift of the truck. Featuring a Hörmann exclusive to protect its hydraulic cylinder against dirt and bad weather, the automatic wheel locking system overcomes constraints since it can be delivered in execution for both the right and left side. Note that while its assembly and installation are easy, its control (impulse) is particularly intuitive from inside the building, which prevents any movement of people in the truck maneuvering area. A robust and reliable system, it ensures locking on any wheelbase (working range of 2 mm) while also excluding the risk of damaging the vehicle's mudguards or fairings (locking height of 825 mm). It can be adjusted in height up to 300 mm to compensate for slight differences in level. It is supplied as a stand-alone solution or integrated into the control system (50 T) to enable other additional functions such as docking assistance. Finally, it is equipped with a piezo siren in the event of an untimely voluntary departure, an LED control light, an emergency stop and a signal light. 

IBS: the automatic intermediate stop for telescopic lip dock levelers

This new equipment from Hörmann is a perfect addition to the telescopic lip dock levelers in the range (with 560 T control) by significantly reducing the risk of falling when extending and retracting the lip, to ensure optimal safety for operators and traffic flows. This semi-automatic intermediate stop ensures the extension and retraction of the telescopic lip to ensure a safe approach to the truck. It can be installed as standard or as an addition to an existing installation. It thus consecutively manages the extension and lowering of the lip with a depth adjustable by sensors (located under the dock platform) which determine the lip's deployment range. When the IBS function is activated, an LED indicator on the IBS control extension box warns of the presence of forklifts on the dock leveler at the wrong time. Finally, let us point out that it can be combined with the Relay Box for partial lifting of the door (fall protection).

TD slatted shutter: an effective closure for warehouses and commercial premises

This Hörmann product embodies the manufacturer's expertise and commitment to high quality at a very attractive price. Guaranteeing optimal protection against break-ins, this roller shutter is made of particularly robust materials that are resistant to both corrosion and impacts. It is available in two galvanized steel curtain options, meeting wind load class 3: HR70 S or HR70 S aero, respectively as a solid or perforated profile. It is available in widths from 1,000 to 4,000 mm and heights from 1,000 to 4,000 mm (1,000 to 3,000 mm for the aero version). The tubular motor is integrated into the roller tube for space-saving convenience. The side guides are welded to the building structure or surface-mounted or screw-in. All necessary mounting hardware and screws are included. Adapted to the available space and the building structure, without losing space on the sides or ceiling thanks to a particularly compact winding, it offers the possibility of being mounted in front of, behind or inside the bay. Complies with standard EN 13241Equipped as standard with an anti-tear-off device that gives it a wind resistance class of 3, regardless of size, it features narrow 60 mm steel guide rails flanked by the winding shaft brackets. It should also be noted that it is equipped as standard with a safety parachute device to prevent any uncontrolled unwinding of the curtain. 

Finally, it can be optionally equipped with an emergency crank, a profile with locking bar, a rubber floor seal for good sealing, an apron box or even a false lintel.

Equipped with a powerful 24 V DC motor with force limiter (compliant with the standard), it is ideal for private and urban city center roads. Its automatic operation makes it the ideal barrier for low-intensity passages.
