i4500, All-in-one crane load status monitor/display

Eacosys, the exclusive distributor for France of the Rayco-Wylie Systems brand, exclusively presents a brand new innovation: the i4500.

It offers high guarantees in terms of reliability, diagnostic capabilities, and performance in safety analysis, meeting the most demanding standards – including ISO 13849-1. Specifically designed for crane manufacturers (whether lattice boom, telescopic, hydraulic, tower, harbor, or offshore) , the i4500 will be delivered pre-configured according to the characteristics of each crane , with each sensor and parameter calibrated to the corresponding system. Its objective is to provide maximum information clearly and functionally, while adapting to the user's needs and requirements.

Fully integrated into the crane and serving as a true information hub, the i4500 innovates by centralizing information on load status monitoring, engine data, and camera images. The operator can thus simultaneously view the various crane parameters on a single, high-resolution color LCD screen , readable even in direct sunlight (portrait or landscape orientation selectable), IP67 rated, and operational from -20°C to +70°C (-40°C to +80°C optional). The i4500 also features a substantial 2GB memory, expandable upon request, and a high-performance 600 to 800 MHz processor, increasing processing speed to meet the growing complexity of user-requested functionalities.

The i4500 was designed for ease of installation, programming, and maintenance. It comprises fewer components than its predecessors, and calibration is performed directly from the display module, thanks to CAN-Bus technology , which simplifies commissioning and eliminates the need for additional equipment during setup. Furthermore, it offers complete flexibility for adding sensors and transmitters while minimizing cabling.
