In&Fi Crédits, more files processed in 2009, increased turnover
Summary for decision-makers
In 2009, In&Fi Crédits, the leading national franchised network of credit brokers, achieved a 16% increase in its network turnover compared to the previous year, despite the economic crisis. This performance is attributed to a 24% increase in the number of files processed, despite the 4,87% drop in the average amounts of real estate loans granted by banks. The year ended with the creation of 15 new branches, thus consolidating the network, which now has more than XNUMX branches across France.
For 2010, In&Fi Crédits plans to establish around fifteen new franchises, while encouraging existing franchisees to open branches. Patrice Matagne, Associate Director, emphasizes that the network will maintain its leading position in the market, thanks to its independent and methodological approach to customer support. Customer trust is based on collaboration with more than 110 banking partners, thus enabling it to offer the best financing solutions. The objective remains ambitious: to eventually build a network of 450 to 500 branches.
Despite the crisis and the decline in average loans granted by banks, In&Fi Crédits has seen a significant increase in the number of files its brokers have had to manage. This increase has resulted in higher turnover than in 2008. This observation reinforces the network's desire to strengthen its presence and continue its growth.

In&Fi Crédits records 16% growth and strengthens its leadership
In&Fi Crédits network turnover up 16% in 2009
As the leading national franchised network of credit brokers, In&Fi Crédits recorded a 2009% increase in network turnover in 16 compared to 2008, with almost the same number of branches. This increase is directly linked to the number of files processed, which increased by 24%.
Despite the economic crisis and the 4,87% drop in the average amount of real estate loans granted by banks (152.000 euros in 2008 compared to 145.000 euros in 2009), the turnover of the In&Fi Crédits network increased by 2009% in 16.
On the consumer side, the overall volume of loans granted to individuals increased by 13% compared to 2008 and the volume of real estate loans by more than 18%.
The year 2009, which proved balanced between the arrival of new franchisees and departures, above all allowed In&Fi Crédits to consolidate its network. As such, 15 new agencies were created in 2009, compared to 12 contracts that were not renewed or terminated.
