In&Fi Crédits acquires Access Crédits Pro

By taking a majority stake in the Access Crédits Pro brokerage network (30 franchisees in France), the In&Fi group is strengthening its presence in the credit brokerage market and consolidating its position as a major player.
As part of a growth strategy policy, this operation complements the creation last September of In&Fi Crédits Pro, a credit brokerage network for SMEs, traders, artisans and liberal professions.

CREATING A HOLDING

To integrate Access Crédits Pro into its ranks, the In&Fi group has just created Global Franchise Crédit, a holding company which will gradually house all of the group's entities (In&Fi Crédits, In&Fi Crédits Pro, Access Crédits Pro).
Pierre-Etienne Beuvelet, Chairman of the holding company, aims to position the group as a key player in credit brokerage in France, capable of meeting all the demands of business creators in this field (managerial or individual companies, brokerage in personal or professional credits).

To accelerate the development of Access Crédits Pro, the In&Fi group will provide logistical, commercial, and marketing support. Drawing on its experience in network management and its numerous development tools, it hopes to quickly improve the brand's visibility and awareness.

Vincent Saada, manager of Access Crédits Pro, retains a 40% stake and will continue to lead the network. Raoul Grandhomme, co-founder of the network, will continue his development mission.

IN&Fi PRO CREDITS AND ACCESS PRO CREDITS:
TWO COMPLEMENTARY NETWORKS

Based on the "Small Business Company" model, Access Crédits Pro develops in partnership with individual entrepreneurs. While integrated into a network, they remain independent and manage their business with a measured financial risk.
This positioning is complementary to that of In&Fi Crédits Pro, which is aimed at managers with investment capacities greater than 70 euros.
These two complementary networks, through their different organizational structures, will allow the group to direct candidates towards one or the other of the networks according to their profile, their ambitions and their development aspirations.
