Initial unveils its Essentiel visible opening window on EquipBaie

Initial, the specialist in ready-to-install aluminum joinery, will be presenting a preview of its new Essentiel visible opening window at the EquipBaie trade fair, from November 18 to 21, 2014 in Paris.

Thanks to its high thermal performance (Uw up to 1,3 W/m2.K), the Essentiel window meets the requirements of RT 2012 and BBC standards. It is perfectly suited to all types of construction in tertiary and collective housing, both new and renovated, and optimizes solar light and heat input thanks to the thinness of its profiles (+ 6% additional glazed surface compared to a traditional window).

In addition, the Essential window complies with building accessibility requirements. It is also eligible for reduced VAT and the Sustainable Development Tax Credit (CIDD).
