Made of two materials, this true multi-material anchor is a true concentrate of technology bringing together the best characteristics in terms of load capacities and using different operating principles already proven. Innovative and intelligent, the DuoPower anchor has the particularity of adapting itself to the construction material in which it will be anchored. It expands, unfolds or forms a knot depending on the support, whether it is a solid, hollow or plate material in order to obtain the best adhesion. The fischer DuoPower anchor thus offers load values higher than those of classic nylon anchors, and can cover a wide range of applications.

Two materials for better loads and ingenious operation

Boasting a new design, a compact shape and new colors (red and gray), the new fischer DuoPower bi-material peg combines power and intelligence. Indeed, the combination of two materials (a flexible and a rigid) as well as frequently tested operating principles, allows better performances and a load capacity clearly superior to those of conventional nylon anchors.

A concentrate of technology

- The gray body made of very high-quality nylon allows good retraction in hollow materials. It activates the operating principles: it expands, folds or knots itself independently depending on the support material to ensure a perfectly secure and durable hold.

- The red polyethylene (PE) part, with its expansion fins, ensures a strong and reliable fixing in solid materials, and provides additional security to the gray body.

- Thanks to its narrow collar, the anchor is easily pre-positioned, does not slip in the drill hole and allows for stand-by or through-hole installation. Assembly errors are avoided.

- Anti-rotation lugs prevent the anchor from rotating in the drill hole during installation.

- The ends are sealed to prevent drilling dust from entering the body of the anchor, and allow for smooth screwing.

- Thanks to the two materials, the end of the anchor is not open, which ensures better expansion in solid materials and a higher load rate than conventional anchors.

Great installation comfort and optimal mounting security

The combination of a flexible material and a rigid material allows the DuoPower dowel to be inserted very easily in the drilled hole, not to twist during the insertion and to ensure a good perception of the tightening torque. . The anti rotation blockage acts in the support and the element to be fixed, which prevents the pin from rotating on itself. Relatively low, the tightening torque increases significantly just before the end of the screwing (blocking) process, the user feels that the ankle "pulls", that is to say that it is perfectly anchored and installed is the "feel good" factor. The fixing is safe and correct in the support.

Shorter and more compact, the DuoPower anchor reduces drilling work and thus optimizes the installation time.

Versatile and multi-material, the DuoPower anchor is perfectly suited for wood screws, agglomerated wood screws and double thread screws, and works perfectly in plasterboard, concrete, solid or hollow masonry, natural stone , particle board ... 
It is used for multiple applications: fixing closets, shelves, TV wall brackets, light fixtures, roller blinds, mailboxes, sanitary ... 
Efficient, a 10 x 50 anchor achieves load values ​​up to 200 daN (200 kg) in concrete and 185 daN (185 kg) in silica-limestone hollow bricks.

The DuoPower anchor is available in several diameters 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm and in lengths from 25 to 50 mm. It is available in a version with or without screws.
