Limiting the impact of products used in industry, construction, and decoration on the environment and human health is becoming a real necessity. As a pioneer in the field of sustainable fastening solutions, fischer has developed the first injection resin without hazardous substances: FIS V Zero.
With a patented chemical formula, without benzoyl peroxide, FIS V Zero ensures safe use because it does not harm the environment or the health of users. Universal, versatile and as effective as a traditional resin, it has numerous ETAs (European Technical Assessment) - cracked and non-cracked concrete, masonry, rebar, flooded boreholes - and an R120 fire resistance. In addition, it combines a secure hold in all common building materials with the highest health and safety requirements.

The first injection resin free from substances that are hazardous to the environment and user health!

Innovative, fischer FIS V Zero resin is free from benzoyl peroxide, a substance commonly used in chemical sealants and classified as allergenic, irritating to the eyes and dangerous for the environment. fischer has replaced this compound with environmentally friendly substances and a new patented hardening process.

Thanks to this A+ rated formulation,
The resin meets the highest requirements for maintaining good indoor air quality with low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions as confirmed by the Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold certificate, making it ideal for use in closed rooms.

The fischer FIS V Zero resin is suitable for all common chemical fixing applications in the construction and DIY sectors.

It allows the sealing of rebars, the fixing of guardrails, awnings, handrails, structural elements, metal constructions, garden equipment, kitchens and sanitary facilities... and is approved for all construction materials (solid brick, solid sand-lime brick, hollow lightweight concrete block, hollow masonry, etc.).
With the FIS V Zero, anchoring is done without expansion constraints, which allows for reduced edge distances and center distances.

With R120 fire resistance, it has ETA for cracked and non-cracked concrete, hollow and solid masonry and the repair of rebars.

Flexible, this injection resin can be used year-round on construction sites, in flooded boreholes and in temperatures from -10°C to 40°C. Its curing time is 60 minutes at a temperature of 22°C.

Practical, whether you are a building professional or an individual,Used FIS V Zero cartridges can be disposed of with normal household waste.

And, since no dangerous substances enter into its composition, it does not require the display of hazard pictograms on the label and safety data sheet, which removes the logistical and storage constraints linked to chemical products.

Like other injection sealants, FIS V Zero is injected into the cleaned drill hole. When the cartridge is activated, the two components (resin and hardener stored separately) are mixed and activated in the mixing nozzle. Opened cartridges can be reused.

Depending on the material, anchoring depth or project (interior or exterior), the resin can be combined with various approved accessories to provide maximum safety : FIS A threaded rods (M8 to M24), RG MI threaded sleeves (M8 to M16), FRA tension bars (M12 to M24), rebars (ø8 to ø25) and FIS HK injection screens.
