Specializing in aluminum facade and window solutions for commercial, retail, and residential buildings, KAWNEER is innovating with KALORY R, a new breathable window. This window opens up new possibilities for specifiers and professionals because it is the only breathable window with a visible sash on the market. Thanks to its technical features, KALORY R meets all the requirements of the 2012 Thermal Regulations as well as the BBC (low-energy building) standard.

KALORY R fits into all new construction and renovation projects and can accommodate all types of openings: French style, tilt and turn, fire door, patio door as well as in a PMR (Person with Reduced Mobility) version.

KALORY R, breathable window with high energy performance :
The window system KALORY R offers high performance:
• 72 mm base with thermal break with polyamide bar loaded with fiberglass,
• airtightness performance: A*4,
• compliant with RT 2012 and the BBC standard,
• exterior glazing: from 6 to 11 mm,
• interior glazing socket: up to 32 mm,
• integration of 25 mm motorized blinds, following the technical recommendations for breathable window and facade solutions.

The new window KALORY R allows you to optimize the costs linked to its production as much as possible:
• inventory optimization:
- frame identical to the current KALORY window,
- breathable window option with hidden opening on the same technical base,
- maximum of accessories shared with the current KALORY and KASSIOPEE versions (hidden opening): screws, brackets, seals, handles, hinges, etc.
- pre-equipped opening/fixed profiles.
• optimization of production costs:
The breathable window with visible opening KALORY R fits perfectly into industrial production workshops: 100% of the manufacturing and installation of glazing is carried out on the production sites.

KALORY R, minimal intervention on site
With a completely original design, the new breathable window KALORY R limits interventions on the site as much as possible:
• 100% factory manufacturing,
• sealing gasket to prevent the filters from becoming clogged during construction,
• simple and quick connection of blind operations for managing solar input (BMS/BMS),
• Technical advice in progress with the CSTB
