These high-performance products are now certified by the CSTB, providing a guarantee of quality and reliability for projects requiring particularly effective thermal insulation solutions. Designed to meet the strict requirements of thermal studies and the specific needs of building professionals, the EDIL-Voutain+ Up 15 and the EDIL-Moulé Up 19 are
stand out for their exceptional thermal performance. These new products were developed in response to growing demand from specifiers, who are looking for insulation solutions capable of guaranteeing maximum energy efficiency.

The CSTB certification of both models not only ensures their compliance with the most demanding standards, but also their ability to offer superior quality insulation (beyond the requirements of RE2020) suitable for the most ambitious construction projects. These interjoists have been designed to offer an optimized level of thermal performance, thus meeting the expectations of professionals seeking reliable and efficient solutions.

The standard size of the EDIL-Voutain+ and EDIL-Moulé interlocking beam ranges is sized with a center distance of 600 mm over a length of 600 mm (EDIL-Moulé) and 1260 mm (EDILVoutain+). Two formwork heights are available: 120 mm and 150 mm. All interlocking beams are equipped with a tongue that insulates the underside of the beams, thus effectively eliminating thermal bridges.

Intended for buildings and individual houses on crawl spaces, these ranges of interjoists constitute a real barrier to heat loss, guaranteeing energy performance for the crawl space of the home. Indeed, thanks to their excellent insulation qualities, the interjoists of the EDIL-Moulé and EDIL-Voutain+ range participate in the thermal improvement of floors and contribute to the construction of buildings in compliance with and beyond the requirements of the bioclimatic needs of RE 2020.
The performance and mechanical resistance of these ranges are certified by the NF certification of the CSTB which not only provides a guarantee of safety on construction sites during installation and pouring (resistance > 150 daN) but also attests to
the shape compatibility between the blocks and the beams as well as the thermal performance of the EPS (Lambda 0,035).
