ITE360 The first application dedicated to External Thermal Insulation which manages quotes, construction sites and team schedules

Designed to facilitate the daily life of companies specializing in External Thermal Insulation, ITE360 makes it possible to carry out all the commercial, technical and administrative stages of site monitoring directly via the application.

The first part is devoted to the quote with automation of facade measurements, and unique elements specific to each project, to provide a complete quote from the first meeting. All configurations are offered to establish a personalized quote (taking into account windows and balconies, details of the implementation, type of coating, etc.). The professional can thus configure his site down to the smallest details, and even add photos for better tracking.

To adapt to each company, ITE360 offers a product library of more than 700 references, including the various existing insulation systems (EPS, rock wool, wood fiber, cork, etc.) and all the equipment needed to implement the project: from scaffolding to facade coating, including corner pieces, joints and offset systems. Once these elements have been recorded, the installation times required for the project are automatically calculated to determine the hourly cost. The application also takes into account legal aid and subsidies to be deducted when the site configuration allows it. Saving time for the craftsman, the application includes a price list (materials and labor), which can be modified according to your own scales.

As soon as the quote is accepted, the construction part takes over with daily monitoring of project progress, dedicated teams and time allocated.

Directly from the app, the user distributes his teams to the different construction sites in progress, specifying the time spent. He can thus see live the progress of the projects and any adjustments to be made according to the initial estimate which is recorded as a time reference for the completion. Once the team assignment is recorded, each employee receives an email directly with the details of their missionIn addition to site monitoring, the application allows you to manage your teams by knowing precisely the working time per person and per site and by taking into account absences and leave where applicable. ITE360 thus becomes an HR management tool precise and updated daily!

Finally, when the work is completed, the invoice is generated in 1 click from the initial quote and adjustments made during the work. VAT rates are also recorded per product and a VAT certificate is automatically generated.
