Jérôme Martel chosen to develop the Domireva network
Summary for decision-makers
Domireva, founded in 2007, aims to unite construction companies under one brand to improve their performance while preserving their independence. To accelerate its development, the network has entrusted its strategy to Jérôme Martel, a recruitment and business development expert, who will be tasked with recruiting ten additional "City Masters" in 2010. These local "master franchisees" are responsible for integrating around thirty construction companies per year into their sector, providing them with commercial support and optimized management tools.
Domireva's franchise model is based on a three-way partnership between the franchisor, the "City Master," and the construction company, allowing the latter, often facing competitive challenges, to benefit from improved management and innovative techniques. By joining the network, companies can access efficient management practices, advantageous purchasing policies, and effective marketing tools. This model presents a unique opportunity for construction professionals looking to improve their profitability and sustain their business.
An integral part of Nicolas Daumont's group, founder of the Illico Travaux brokerage network, the Domireva network aims to bring together construction companies under one umbrella, without depriving them of their independence. Within this dynamic, Jérôme Martel's role will be to develop and lead the network thus created.

Construction Business Management Assistance: Domireva Entrusts Its Development to Jérôme Martel Domireva's goal is to unite construction companies under one umbrella to make them more efficient. To accelerate its implementation rate and ensure effective on-the-ground monitoring, the network has decided to entrust its development and management to Jérôme Martel, a specialist in the field.
Belonging to the Archipel group (Camif Habitat, Illico Travaux, etc.), Domireva is based on a unique concept, aiming to unite construction companies under one brand, while preserving their independence.
The Domireva network aims to bring together medium-sized construction companies from all sectors of the finishing work under one banner, in order to enable them to optimize their development by offering them commercial support and giving them access to high-performance management and administration techniques.
Domireva's development is based on the recruitment of local "master franchisees" (called "City Masters") whose mission is to bring together around thirty construction companies per year in their area of operation and help them progress.
In this context, the role of Jérôme Martel, 37, who has just joined Domireva as development manager, is twofold: to accelerate the number of openings with a target of ten additional "City Masters" in 2010 and, at the same time, to ensure the network's operations.
STRONG COMMERCIAL AND HUMAN SKILLS
After completing graduate studies in Mathematics and spending three years at the National Institute of Telecommunications, Jérôme Martel began his professional career in 1997 as a technical sales engineer in the Sales Department of France Télécom. He then became a business engineer in the Regional Sales Department in Paris and then in Lyon in 2001.
After five years in the Key Account Sales Department at Orange Business Services, he founded his own executive and management recruitment consultancy, Wish Recruitment, in 2008.
This experience and the various missions already successfully completed for the Archipelle Group, prompted Nicolas Daumont, its CEO, to entrust him with the development, the search for franchise candidates and the management of the Domireva network.
About Domireva:
Founded in 2007 by Nicolas Daumont, CEO of the Archipelle Group, the Domireva franchise network is aimed at small construction companies. Often isolated and operating in a competitive market, most of these businesses struggle to improve their profitability and grow. By joining Domireva, they can benefit from improved management, an efficient purchasing and sales policy, effective marketing tools, and innovative management and organizational methods.
Domireva operates on a three-way system between the franchisor, a "City Master," and the construction company. Considered a "local master franchisee," the "City Master" has a geographic area to expand by offering mid-sized construction companies the opportunity to join the brand.
