The Clos des Santolines residence in Bourg les Valences is installing geothermal heating and cooling in its 33 new homes.

The foundation stone of this attractive real estate development was recently laid. It is already known that it will be heated at unbeatable prices, thanks to geothermal energy.

Five small buildings in the residential district of Bourg-lès-Valence, scattered among green spaces, comprising 33 dwellings on approximately 2000 m² of building space, will soon benefit from very advantageous geothermal heating.

It will draw its natural, free calories from the water table and distribute them to homes at a highly competitive cost. For the price of 1 kW of distribution costs, it will deliver 4,5 kW of heat, or cooling, as it is reversible.

A system that can also be regulated room by room to adjust its comfort to the use made of it and to the needs of each individual.

Exceptional technical scores, but also economic scores because geothermal energy is competitive both in installation and operation, which wins the support of both the developer and the buyers.

France Géothermie 38 is handling this project and guarantees an installation generating a cost of €1,85 per m²/year! Who can beat that?

France Géothermie 38 is therefore preparing to install the necessary equipment: 4 heat pumps (PAC) with a power of 100kW will draw and capture the heat of 22 m3 / hour in the Rhône water table to circulate it in the floors, with a return to the source to ensure continuity of service.

At a time when the need to save energy is increasingly pressing, the choice of geothermal energy is proving to be the most relevant and rewarding.
