Delivery of the Innovespace park in Lieusaint by ALSEI has begun

ALSEI delivers the first tranche of INNOVESPACE Sénart

Last week, ALSEI delivered the first 9 m² section of the INNOVESPACE Sénart business park to Foncière INEA, with 000% pre-sale. Located in Parc du Levant in the commune of Lieusaint (50), at the A77A motorway exit and on the N5, the site, developed with the support of EPA Sénart, has already attracted several companies with varied activities:

- INEO INFRACOM, builder of electrical and telecommunications networks, which has leased 3 m²;

- ADC 77, cancer screening association, tenant of 455 m²;

- CULLIGAN, water treatment specialist, who signed for 500 m²;

- DANTEX, a company specializing in printing equipment and supplies, which will occupy 225 m².

INNOVESPACE Sénart is the fifth INNOVESPACE-type park built by ALSEI after Bordeaux (Saint Jean d'Illac-33), Val d'Europe and Val d'Europe 2 (Montévrain-77) and Les Malines (Lisses-91). On clear, visible and accessible sites, close to major communication routes, these "new generation" business parks were designed to provide functional solutions to companies looking for technical premises with accompanying offices. They develop activity areas between 200 and 1 m² and were developed with the aim of offering their occupants a high level of modularity.

Work on the sixth INNOVESPACE park has just begun in Saint-Denis, Carrefour Pleyel (93) for delivery to Foncière INEA at the end of 2010.

Please note: INNOVESPACE Sénart will be inaugurated on April 8 by Jean-Christophe Courné, President of ALSEI, in the presence of Jacques Fournier, President of SAN Sénart, Michel Bisson, Mayor of Lieusaint and President of EPA Sénart, as well as Philippe Rosio, Chairman of the Board of Foncière INEA.
