Network of work brokers Specializing in home improvement and decoration, La Maison Des Travaux (31 brokers) intends to establish itself in around fifteen additional towns in 2011.
After focusing on consolidating its network in 2010 by expanding its offerings to the general public, La Maison Des Travaux now intends to accelerate its development in France. It is aiming for 50 locations by 2012.
"We mobilized all our energy in 2010 to support our network during a difficult economic period. We developed new services, strengthened the listing of construction companies, and selected the best material manufacturers to benefit our clients," says Philippe Courtoy, the brand's founder. "We're not racing to increase the number of consulting agencies. We prefer to work on the bottom line and move forward by consolidating our achievements. This strategy is paying off, as our close-knit and motivated network boasts a high customer satisfaction rate."
In 2010, the network recorded a 165% increase in its construction turnover, bringing it to more than 13 million euros, compared to 4,93 million in 2009.
A DIFFERENT CONCEPT THAT LOOKS TOWARDS EXTENDED SERVICES
La Maison Des Travaux is based on an innovative concept adapted to new consumer trends. Indeed, with the construction brokerage business now better known to the general public, consumers are more likely to entrust their entire home improvement project to the broker, from the structural work to the final decorative touches.
In order to meet these increasingly extensive and complex demands, La Maison Des Travaux is developing a network of building professionals hand-picked and has entered into national partnership agreements with manufacturers in the field of home equipment.
