The House of Works expands its network in Ile-de-France

A national network of construction brokers specializing in home improvement and renovation, La Maison Des Travaux is continuing its expansion in the Île-de-France region at a sustained pace with the establishment of three new brokers in Essonne (Orsay) and Val-de-Marne (St-Maur-Des-Fossés, Vincennes). The network, which has just welcomed its sixteenth broker in the Île-de-France region, is aiming for around thirty locations there.

The House of Works is booming in the Ile-de-France region. Already present in Paris (12th, 16th, 20th) in Seine-et-Marne (Vaires-sur-Marne, Crécy-la-Chapelle, La Chapelle-Gauthier) in Yvelines (St-Germain-en-Laye, Rambouillet), Hauts-de-Seine (Boulogne-Billancourt, Antony, Asnières) and Val-de-Marne (Nogent-sur-Marne), it has just established brokers in Essonne (Benoît Michaut in Orsay) and Val-de-Marne (José Costa in St-Maur-des-Fossés, Cesare Lezzerini in Vincennes).
For his part, Anthony Frys (Boulogne-Billancourt), one of the network's most successful brokers, has expanded his Hauts-de-Seine coverage area. Building on his success since 2009, he now covers an area stretching from Meudon, Issy-les-Moulineaux, and Saint-Cloud.
In the medium term, La Maison des Travaux plans to establish more than thirty brokers in Ile-de-France.

NATIONAL PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS

Already present in some thirty departments, the "La Maison Des Travaux" network is based on an innovative concept adapted to new consumer trends. Indeed, with the work brokerage business now better known to the general public, individuals no longer hesitate to entrust their entire home improvement project to a broker, from the structural work to the final decorative touches.
The construction broker helps them find, in each field, the contractors offering the best value for money and who comply with La Maison Des Travaux' Quality Charter. They select these contractors and put them in touch with the client, who is responsible for making their choice.
In order to meet increasingly extensive and complex demands, La Maison Des Travaux works with carefully selected building professionals and has entered into national partnership agreements with manufacturers in the field of home equipment.

A VOLUNTARY ORIENTATION TOWARDS QUALITY

"We focused all our energy in 2010 on developing new services, such as the home improvement loan offer combined with the presentation of quotes from craftsmen, while strengthening the selection of companies we work with, in order to benefit our customers," says Philippe Courtoy, the brand's founder. "We're not racing to increase the number of locations. We prefer to work on the bottom line and move forward by consolidating our achievements. This strategy is paying off, as our close-knit and motivated network boasts a high customer satisfaction rate."
In 2010, La Maison Des Travaux recorded a 165% increase in its construction turnover, bringing it to more than 13 million euros, compared to 4,93 million in 2009. It is aiming for 50 locations by 2012.
