La Maison Des Travaux has been awarded the "Gold Network" label for the second time, thanks to a particularly high overall satisfaction rating of 87%, awarded by franchisees. This study was conducted among all members of the network, a young population, with half of the members being under 37 years old.

The brand has a 100% satisfaction rate on questions relating to the "network head," indicating that no franchisee expressed a negative or even neutral opinion on this subject. Start-up assistance also stands out, with a result of 98,1%, which is explained by the support and advice provided to franchisees at the start of their business. Among the start-up assistance services, initial training is widely acclaimed at 96%, an important step when almost the entire network comes from different sectors.
As for communication, it obtained the excellent result of 92,3% satisfaction, as did the quality of services provided to customers.
The study also highlights the professionalism that characterizes the network, the main reason that convinced its members to join it.
