The VALENCAY door benefits from a High Performance design and demonstrates Zilten's manufacturing capacity in non-standard dimensions.
With its opulent grille and harmonious proportions, the new Valençay entrance door, previewed at the Batimat 2011 trade fair, is ideal for city-center homes. It is available in a wide range of sizes and is a solution for complex renovation projects.
TAILORED
Wood is the ideal material for meeting non-standard entrances. This new half-glazed entrance door with grille, in movingui or oak wood, crafted according to the rules of the art (picture rail, water jet baseboard, luxurious and exclusive grille, opening frame), has a High Performance design (see diagram below) and offers the possibility of custom manufacturing:
- custom width from 680 to 1000 mm
- custom height in one piece from 1900 to 2350 mm
- custom height with transom up to 3650 mm
TAXES
For the highest heights, this model retains its aesthetic properties right down to the transom, with a plush grille in the same pattern as the door and benefits from a hopper opening allowing ventilation without compromising security. The transom is available in heights from 500 to 1290 mm.
THERMAL PERFORMANCE
Zilten is able, with the Valençay door, to provide the thermal coefficient Ud required for access to the tax credit (
- as standard (215x90cm): Ud 1,6 w/(m2.K)
- custom-made (e.g. 280x90cm): Ud 1,8 w/(m2.K)
Origin of the Valençay gate
Last year, Zilten redesigned its Movingui/Oak wood range to better meet the various regulatory requirements (tax credit, eco PTZ, BBC house, etc.), the development of the renovation market and its desire to better manage WOOD resources (in particular through the reuse of offcuts and selective sourcing from certified sources).
Now called High Performance (see visual on the right), this range offers models that are ever more eco-responsible, insulating and adaptable to non-standard entrances.
