The quality of In&Fi Crédits services recognized and rewarded

In&Fi Crédits labeled Bronze Network by the Franchise Indicator

After three years of activity scrutinized by the Franchise Indicator, the In&Fi Crédits brokerage network has received the Bronze Network label for the first time, thanks to the numerous satisfaction ratings awarded by its franchisees.

As the leading independent network of credit brokers with over a hundred branches in France, In&Fi Crédits has received the "Bronze Network" label for the first time.
This label, awarded by the Franchise Indicator, is awarded based on numerous selection criteria and the average satisfaction rate of the network's franchisees. The latter is calculated based on the responses provided by the franchisees surveyed (within the In&Fi Crédits network, nearly 70% participated).

The points addressed in the audit mainly concern start-up assistance, the day-to-day operation of the network, the assistance provided by the head of the network to its franchisees, the involvement of managers, as well as financial aspects (in particular the amount of the financial contribution requested to join the network).
Start-up support (including initial training), management autonomy, logistical support, and management involvement are the strengths of the In&Fi Crédits network. These strengths are praised by more than 60% of the franchisees surveyed.
Despite the difficult economic climate in 2009, the audit also revealed that more than a third of new franchisees were able to earn a decent income in their first year of business.

"Based on the results of this audit, we see that our efforts to support and provide transparency to franchisees are bearing fruit," says Patrice Matagne, Associate Director of In&Fi Crédits. "Obtaining this certification encourages us to continue along this path and redouble our efforts in 2010, to be even better."
