“All-in-one” solution with PROMATECT®-L1 silico-calcareous plates

Intended for the enclosure of horizontal or vertical steel structures, the plates PROMATECT®-L500 preserve their load-bearing capacity up to R 240, by limiting the heating phenomenon.

Thanks to its range of construction and design systems, Promat ensures effective and lasting fire stability of metal structures and frames in the event of fire.

Easy to implement, even on occupied sites, the installation of a single-layer plate is sufficient to preserve the fire integrity of posts, beams or tubular profiles.

Their mechanical strength and excellent moisture resistance allow them to be applied in most conditions. Their particularly smooth surface allows for a topcoat for a more attractive visual appearance.

“Fast” solution with PROMASPRAY®-P300 pasty and PROMASPRAY®-F250 fibrous sprayed coatings

The incomparable characteristics of sprayed pasty coatings PROMASPRAY®-P300 and fibrous PROMASPRAY®-F250 significantly improve the fire stability of structures up to R 240 and contribute to better acoustics.

Easy to handle, they are quickly applied by projection, in the form of light flakes, on all flat, curved and hard-to-reach surfaces.

These sprayed, rot-proof and incombustible (A1) coatings improve the brightness of all spaces. Their appearance can be enhanced by applying a layer of white or tinted SIDAIRLESS.

“All-aesthetic” solution with PROMAPAINT®-SC4 and PROMAPAINT®-SC3 water-based intumescent paints

A perfect combination of high fire performance and a very fine aesthetic finish, the paints PROMAPAINT®-SC3 et PROMAPAINT®-SC4 allow the specific shape of steel structures to be preserved.

PROMAPAINT®-SC4, thinly coats profiles (beams, posts) in raw, galvanized or metallized steel, while providing fire stability for up to 90 minutes. PROMAPAINT®-SC3 is used for the protection of steel structures (including tubular profiles) and guarantees fire resistance of R/REI 120.

The paintings PROMAPAINT®-SC3 et PROMAPAINT®-SC4 can be applied indoors, indoors with high humidity and outdoors under cover (with finishing paint).

All solutions Promat*, which can be implemented alone or jointly depending on the configurations, are validated according to standards NF EN 13381-4 (sprayed plates and coatings) and NF EN 133881-8 (intumescent paints). Their compositions meet the requirements of the lowest class of VOC emissions (A+) for a healthier construction site and spaces.
