The Ergoldsbacher Linea® designer tile opens up new horizons

Tiles continue to reinvent themselves. Erlus, a manufacturer of roofing materials and flues, now offers the Linea® flat-gauge tile with a variable gauge of twenty millimeters. This terracotta tile with a decidedly contemporary design allows for greater adaptability for roof renovations. Its wider gauge eliminates the need for re-cutting, thus reducing roofer costs. The Linea® tile now offers sufficient flexibility for battens spaced 37,3 to 39,3 centimeters apart.

Quick installation and good waterproofing of the roof 

Erlus has been manufacturing this tile since 2000, using exceptional interlocking technology that provides remarkable waterproofing and wind resistance. Thanks to its design and smooth, even surface, the Ergoldsbacher Linea® tile won the iF Design Award in 2016.

With six available colors, the Linea® tile adapts to all architectural styles. It is available in its new brown klinker color, but also in deep red, aged klinker, luminous gray, intense slate, and matte black klinker. The Linea® tile is fired at approximately 1200°C for superior quality, giving it exceptional resistance to environmental stresses.
