Lamilux launches two new natural lighting elements for maximum brightness

With its brand new rooflight concept, the skylight specialist LAMILUX brings even more light into the home. Natural and artificial light are now combined in a single system. Thanks to reflective materials, the natural light output is significantly increased.

Integrated light strips

A new innovative technology increases the use of natural light in the overhead lighting element. Dimmable LED strips are integrated into the upper part of the new skylight. CI LAMILUX Prism LED. As the brightness decreases, they gradually replace natural light. The integrated light management system harmoniously compensates for the incidence of light throughout the day, right up to complete darkness. This rooflight thus perfectly combines natural and artificial light for constant room illumination. LAMILUX developed this system in cooperation with Bartenbach GmbH, an internationally renowned German laboratory specializing in lighting.

Increased natural light output by up to 50%

The new LAMILUX Reflective CI System is equipped with a highly reflective material. Covering the inside of the curb, it allows greater exploitation of natural light. The yield of natural light thus increases by up to 50%. The advantage: greater brightness without increasing the size of the zenithal element, without glare effect and with the same energy input. Lighting designers can now exploit natural light more efficiently and redirect it into the room. Thanks to the reflective material, rooms are illuminated up to 25% longer. Even with a smaller opening, a higher natural light index is achieved.
