LAYHER is aimed at Women Craftsmen to limit the risks of working at height

As part of the "National Commission of Women Craftsmen" organized by CAPEB on June 8, the president of LAYHER France spoke about the dangers of working at height. The objective was to raise awareness among women craftsmen about the various safety issues, current regulations, training, company responsibility, as well as best practices ... Eric Limasset, president of LAYHER France, especially emphasized the importance of securing scaffolding. Indeed, as part of the new partnership between CAPEB and the company, LAYHER France is committed to developing scaffolding that complies with legislation, is easy to use, and is adapted to each trade.

At the National Commission of Women Craftsmen, organized by the CAPEB on June 8, 2012, Eric Limasset, President of LAYHER France, spoke on the topic of "Safety at Height." This presentation took place as part of a partnership with the CAPEB.

As true assistants to their business manager husbands, the Artisan Women must be versatile because they manage numerous missions, including security.

Regulations, best practices, training, corporate responsibility, etc. are all information to which they do not necessarily have easy access.

To help them see things more clearly, Eric LIMASSET, President of LAYHER France, took a practical look at safety when working at height: risk analysis with concrete examples, regulations and compliance of scaffolding, obligations of the company installing scaffolding, existing safety equipment for erecting scaffolding, protection of workers and the environment, specificities by profession (painter, roofer, mason).

This awareness-raising campaign for around a hundred Women Craftsmen took place within the framework of the national partnership between CAPEB and LAYHER, a partnership which will be formalized in September.
