LAYHER

At the beginning of August 2010, the scaffolding specialist began work on its new headquarters in the commune of Ferrières en Brie (77), in the BEL AIR industrial zone, a stone's throw from the current headquarters.

The 55 m² site will house two storage buildings (000 m² and 8 m²), one of which will have a 500 m² extension dedicated to offices. In addition, there will be a 2 m² outdoor rental space and another 000 m² outdoor retail space.

This new headquarters reflects LAYHER's desire to offer even more efficient services to its customers with facilities specially designed for them:

• Better management of logistics flows specifically designed for LAYHER's activity and control of material circulation.

• Increased storage capacity, constantly evolving, to respond to market development.

• Optimized and secure truck loading to triple current loading and unloading capacity.

• The grouping of stocks of equipment dedicated to rental and sale (the consignment store is currently located in Tournan-en-Brie) on the same site.

• Two theoretical and practical training rooms (400 m²) equipped with the most modern equipment.

• Direct access to the A4 motorway.

The work is scheduled to be completed in April 2011 and LAYHER's 120 employees will move in at the beginning of May.
