Featuring six products, this new PLASTOR waxed concrete range benefits from the latest innovations to deliver unparalleled performance in terms of abrasion and stain resistance. Easy to apply, it covers all needs, from surface preparation and protection to maintenance, while protecting the health of both professional applicators and users of the premises. For optimal performance, even in rooms with high traffic, the range is based on a two-component polycarbonate undercoat and sealer system.

H3 SOLUTION

Milt cleaner stripper

To achieve a perfect finish when the pores of the concrete surface are completely closed, it is recommended to prepare the floor beforehand, increasing its porosity. Plastor Solution H3 is a cleaning and laitance remover that will increase the porosity of the concrete to ensure better adhesion of the finishing system.



Ideal for smooth concrete substrates, it will effectively scour and scrape soils.



Ready to use and easy to use, its phosphoric acid-based formulation releases a low odor during application.

NEW - PRIM'BÉTON PLUS

Bonding undercoat

To enable a complete water-based vitrification system on all types of decorative mortars (troweled millimetric mortar, cast millimetric mortar, self-leveling screed* or cement or concrete floors) and to ensure long-lasting adhesion of the finishing varnish, Plastor has developed the PRIM'BÉTON PLUS primer.



This dust-proof bonding undercoat will block the alkalinity, laitance, and porosity of mortars, and consolidate the substrates by closing the pores. It allows the concrete to retain its original color after vitrification.



Its fluid formulation ensures easy, uniform application, limits traces during application and regulates the absorption of the finish by the surface.



Rated A+, PRIM'BÉTON PLUS is suitable for vertical and horizontal surfaces indoors, bathroom (excluding shower trays and surfaces with stagnant water).

Very high protection varnish

To protect the waxed concrete effect finishes on vertical and horizontal surfaces from all types of attack, on raw mortar in poured or spatulated installation, Plastor has developed a high performance two-component varnish: DUOPUR-T B.



This water-based polycarbonate varnish guarantees the decorative mortar exceptional resistance to wear, abrasion and the most intense traffic.



Waterproof, it offers an unparalleled stain and UV protection barrier. and is ideal for protecting floors, walls, bathrooms (excluding shower trays and surfaces with stagnant water)...



Classified A +, DUOPUR-T B is colorless. Easy to apply, it gives a trendy appearance, without a wet effect to waxed concrete. It is available in 2 aspects: matt and satin.

There is also PU35 PLASTOR floor paint. This special two-component, solvent-based polyurethane floor paint is ideal for decorating both interiors and exteriors (garages, stairs, parking lots, etc.) on cement, concrete, wood, polyester, etc. It is extremely resistant to abrasion, wear, and impact, and has high coverage. It is available in 210 RAL colors available upon request.

FLOOR CLEANER

For daily maintenance

To preserve the beauty of polished concrete and the quality of the finish over the long term, Plastor offers Floor Cleaner. Ideal for regular or daily maintenance of decorative mortars and polished concrete floors, this cleaner effectively removes stains and dirt, without damaging the support.



Thanks to its formulation containing anti-static agents, it delays the deposition of dust on the surface and prevents dirt from becoming embedded.



Practical, it does not require rinsing and leaves no trace. It is applied with a microfiber mop or a

sponge mop, and diffuses a pleasant fresh scent as it passes. It is available as a ready-to-use spray for small surfaces or in a concentrated can (1 L) to dilute for larger surfaces.



Floor Cleaner is also suitable for cleaning interior plastic and laminate floor coverings.

METALLIZING WAX

Revives surfaces, fades scratches

To provide lasting protection for polished concrete mortar finishes from everyday wear and stains, Plastor has developed a metallizing wax.



Its formulation, a non-slip emulsion, deposits a non-yellowing protective film on the varnish. It thus extends the life of the finishing film by protecting it from wear (abrasion, scratches). It also revives dull floors and smooths out surface scratches.



Class A+, Plastor Metallizing Wax is easy to use thanks to its ready-to-use formulation.



Truly nourishing, it gives a new lease of life to mortar finishes that have lost their shine. It can be applied in 1 or 2 coats using a microfiber cloth or sponge mop, and is available in a matte or satin finish.
