At the end of June, TF1 broadcast a report on the construction broker profession, presented by the president of the French Construction Brokerage Federation, Hervé Blandin. With around a hundred members, the federation's mission is to represent and defend this profession, establish a code of ethics and a collective bargaining agreement. Thanks to the federation, its members benefit from expert advice.

20 p.m. on TF1: work brokerage arouses the interest of the mass media

Thanks to the work carried out by the founding brands of the French Federation of Works Brokerage to structure the profession and promote the services provided to consumers, works brokerage is attracting the interest of the mass media.
Thus, on Tuesday, June 22, on TF1, the president of the FFCT will speak - on behalf of the profession and the members of the FFCT - in a report broadcast on the 20 p.m. news.

For Hervé Blandin, Vice-President of the Federation of Works Brokerage, co-founder of the Activ Travaux network: “The work and services provided to clients and the construction industry by members of the FFTC demonstrate, if necessary, the legitimacy of the work broker profession.”

Communicating through a single channel, the FFTC contributes significantly to increasing awareness of the brokerage profession, promoting the best know-how and engaging the most innovative manufacturers in responsible housing (such as Saint-Gobain Isover, now a partner of the FFTC).

Standardizing a booming profession
Created at the end of 2007, the French Federation of Works Brokerage brings together around a hundred members (franchisees and independent brokers) governed by a code of ethics.
With 47 FFCT-certified brokers (a membership rate of 58,75% for a network of 80 dealers), Activ Tavaux is proportionally the national brand most involved in the actions carried out by the FFCT.

While the specific APE code, collective agreement and environmental issues are the primary concerns of the Public Authorities, since its creation the FFTC has provided its members with advice, training and concrete solutions in the areas of contracts and insurance, thus consequently working to protect consumers.
