No need to choose between a wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted device, a brightness and/or motion detector, the SPHINX 105-300 KNX combines all the advantages to meet all needs, both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to its pivoting sensor head and 300° angular coverage, the SPHINX 105-300 KNX detector from THEBEN allows optimal orientation of the detection zone, whether mounted on the wall, ceiling, or at a corner. Easy to install with its plug-in base and integrated bus coupler, it is suitable for all buildings, residential, commercial, and industrial, to control automatic lighting based on presence and brightness, or solely based on movement. A MULTIFUNCTIONAL, COMPACT AND SMART DETECTOR

Designed to be installed vertically, horizontally or at an angle, for simultaneous monitoring of both building facades, the new SPHINX 105-300 KNX is equipped with a latest generation sensor capable of detecting a presence over an area of 590 m² and up to 360° with additional blind spot protection. Its detection zone can reach 30 meters in diameter. Extremely sensitive, the sensor reacts either according to presence and brightness, or according to movement only. Its two integrated channels allow two lighting groups to be controlled simultaneously. Ideal for outdoor use in passageways or at building entrances. Thanks to its remote control, the SPHINX 105-300 KNX detector can be controlled remotely to block the motion detector and change the lighting timers if necessary.

A SAFE AND EASY TO INSTALL DETECTOR

No need for tedious and dangerous handling during installation, the SPHINX 105-300 KNX is equipped with a plug-in base and an integrated bus coupler that allow for simplified and perfectly secure installation. A protective cover has also been provided to protect access to the settings and prevent any manipulation by unauthorized persons. The sensor head, which can be controlled horizontally (+/- 90°) and vertically (90° upwards and 25° downwards), increases the installation possibilities and facilitates optimal adjustment of the detection zone. Finally, the device is equipped with covers for customizing the area to be detected. Resistant to humidity (IP55) and temperature ranges from -20° to +50°, the new SPHINX 105-300 KNX detector from THEBEN is suitable for all situations.
