The DIRICKX group strengthens its geographic network

Dirickx Espace Protect is strengthening its presence in Alsace-Lorraine, where an agency was already established in Strasbourg. With a turnover of €5,9 million (as of June 30, 2010) and 37 employees grouped into 11 installation teams, SNEE is the leading installer in the region. Once again, this collaboration is based on the Dirickx Group's market share growth strategy and presents a major development challenge in the Eastern region. "The entry of SNEE into our fold supports our development strategy to complete our geographical coverage in this high-potential region and create value by reaching new target customers," explains Jacques Dirickx, Chairman and CEO of the Dirickx Group. From now on, SNEE and the Strasbourg agency will work hand in hand, led by Marc Bentz, Chairman of SNEE. This operation allows the Dirickx Espace Protect network to reach SNEE's new target customer: the general public. By targeting manufacturers, local authorities, and individuals, SNEE brings synergy to the Dirickx Group and ensures its growth. Dirickx Espace Protect expands its “general public” target and pursues its growth strategy

Founded in 1901, SNEE operates across two sites: the headquarters in Saulcy-sur-Meurthe and a showroom in Sainte Marguerite (2), which was recently opened to the general public. To limit the impact of the current economic downturn in business with local authorities and manufacturers, SNEE decided in 88 to take advantage of a growth driver through the private customer segment, which now represents 2009% of turnover, or nearly €10. Previously, SNEE was not present in this market. To be as close as possible to this new commercial target, the company regularly exhibits at housing sector trade fairs. Thus, SNEE should allow Dirickx Espace Protect to expand its sector of activity and complete its offering while increasing its market share and ensuring growth for the Dirickx Group.
