Since 1989, the IGAE Group has been a major player in the design and construction of commercial and professional spaces. The company brings together seven regional firms specializing in the design, layout, and construction of all trades. Below are some examples of its achievements.

IGAE/Houot Agencement
The renovation of a friendly place

In Gérardmer (Vosges), the company Houot Agencement was chosen to renovate "La Brasserie de l'Hôtel de Ville" at 45 rue Charles de Gaulle. Houot Agencement called upon Caméléon Concept, a specialist in catering and bar businesses, within its group to ensure a quality service adapted to the client's expectations.

The Gérardmer brasserie has focused on small restaurants for customers looking for a friendly break. In light of this commercial approach, the basic idea implemented by the designer was to play the card of a certain classicism in terms of the atmosphere of the place. The address was personalized in a "wood tone" using wall planks and "parquet-effect" tiles.

In addition to a 70 m² retail space, this business features a kitchen and an annex serving as a storage room. The facade is characterized by its accordion-style sliding frame.

The completion of the "all trades" (TCE) work was orchestrated in 5 weeks by Houot Agencement (demolition, stripping of the premises, plastering, painting, electricity, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, furniture, locksmithing and mirrors). Caméléon Concept supplied and installed the bar and refrigerated display cases.

The set was delivered as planned: for the opening of the traditional Saint Nicholas parade.

With IGAE/Flucklinger
A beauty treatment for a hair salon

A technical feat in the town centre of Bouzonville, in Moselle, where the designer Flucklinger recreated, in a very short space of time, a vast hair and beauty salon designed to appeal to a wider local clientele.

In two weeks - where it would take at least five - Flucklinger's team set about reinventing the very notion of a hair and beauty salon, going beyond a simple renovation project.

Revela'Tif Coiffure (that's the name of this salon) needed a makeover to make it more attractive and user-friendly than before. With the help of a team of around fifteen artisans, it was necessary to set up 12 hairdressing stations, 6 shampoo stations, a nail salon, and two rooms dedicated to beauty treatments.

Flucklinger took charge of the entire project, from the creation of the furniture (including many storage units) to the painting, including the false ceilings and the heating.

This "all trades" (TCE) project benefited in particular from the creativity of Edouard Cruz, designer and designer at Flucklinger, one of whose references is none other than this glass water wall (2 m high) that he designed to separate, in a lively and luminous way, the shampoo area from the nail bar....

...Or how to run a successful hair salon without splitting hairs!

IGAE/Jewelry
Agencement Le Carlier renovates a prestigious address

JA watchmaker with a long tradition, Didier Guérin embraces his era and breathes an open spirit into the delicate world of precious jewelryHe has included his boutique on rue Bonaparte in Paris (Left Bank) in this approach where advanced know-how is showcased in the service of Creation.

Under the inspired direction of Roland de Leu, architect-designer, this prestigious address has recently been redesigned to create a particularly successful renovation.

« I tried to give here a more open, clearer, more feminine, softer and more transparent character than before. " explains Roland de Leu who adds: "II wanted the furniture to stand out differently without overpowering the jewelry. Already knowing the qualities of the company Agencement Le Carlier, I called on this designer to carry out this project, which was very quick (3 weeks) and led by a very organized expert team ».

Across 80 m², Agencement Le Carlier took care of the floors, walls, and furniture. A unique feature of this project: extensive use of glass, particularly for the display units and reception tables. In this spirit, the display cases now also showcase the jewelry in a vaporous, weightless space.

A touch of magic that signifies a work of fine craftsmanship.
