THE LORILLARD GROUP EXHIBITOR AT THE 80TH HLM CONGRESS

AT THE HEART OF ENERGY RENOVATION OF SOCIAL HOUSING

September 24, 25, and 26 will mark the 80th edition of the HLM Congress, bringing together all decision-makers and stakeholders in the renovation of social housing.

This edition promises to be particularly rich in discussions and projects.

Indeed, under the impetus of the 2020-2022 investment pact and the pact of

With 9 billion euros from Action Logement signed last April - with representatives of social housing, Prime Minister Édouard Philippe and four of his ministers - the HLM Congress will support this turning point in social housing management policy.

For its part, the Lorillard Group and its Lorillard Façades-Protectéa entities will assert their commitment to their customers more than ever.

The show brings together social landlords, decision-makers from the private and public social housing sectors, and more broadly all stakeholders and partners in the HLM world, all of whom are audiences with whom Lorillard has been building "constructive ties" for many years.

Each year, the Lorillard Group renovates more than 1200 residential homes across France, giving it real legitimacy in terms of skills and expertise.

Located in Hall 7.3, Location L14, the Lorillard Group stand features a spacious reception area and a showroom. Visitors will be able to explore new products and ask questions to the team, who will be on hand throughout the show.

This year, the Group's stand will feature: a PVC frame with exceptional acoustic performance, the brand new version of Twinea joinery (the sliding model from the innovative HPC range) and a wooden frame with resolutely contemporary lines.

A NEW ACOUSTIC PV FOR CUSTOM-MADE CARPENTRY

An expert in custom industrial joinery, the Lorillard Group has signed a technical innovation as part of a call for tenders for the construction of a residential building with very high acoustic performance.

This innovation, certified by a CEBTP report, according to the Acotherm method, places the acoustic reduction index of PVC joinery at 41 dB RA,tr.

A remarkable performance, which is almost unique on the market!

Thanks to its integrated industrial center and the joint collaboration of its design office and its Research & Development department, the Lorillard Group controls the entire manufacturing process of its products.

Thus, when calling for tenders for buildings

“Plein Ciel” in Meudon, on the edge of the N118, the Group commissioned its services to develop PVC joinery capable of meeting the specifications.

The latter required very high acoustic performance in order to reduce noise pollution from the very busy road.

Indeed, the CEBTP Report certifies the level of acoustic attenuation of the joinery at 41 dB RA,tr. This index concerns "road noise" and qualifies the joinery meeting the needs of residents located in critical noise zones: near an airport, a major road or a railway line, in areas where noise pollution is significant.

LENA 58 GUARANTEES ITS FINISHES FOR 10 YEARS!

With its contemporary lines, perfect for modern architecture, and its French (casement) or sliding openings, the Lena 58 wood joinery, available in several species, already has everything to please. The "Lena Color" finishes, guaranteed for 10 years, complete the winning formula: aesthetics, comfort, and serenity.

TWINÉA NEW VERSION.

A true best-seller for the brand, the Twinéa sliding door will be presented in its new version.

Twinéa 2 is characterized in particular by new, straighter, more architectural lines.

Indeed, the HPC material, a composite profile that notably incorporates fiberglass, is defined in particular by its finesse. It gives the joinery finer lines. Equipped with an extra-flat threshold adapted to people with reduced mobility, Twinéa 2 is more aesthetic and more practical for everyday comfort of use.

In summary, there will be many reasons to come and discover the Lorillard Group's solutions at the HLM congress!

This complementarity of solutions allows the contractor to position itself on the most complex operations, while asserting its expertise in site engineering.

So many assets that explain why project owners, project managers, ministries, institutional investors, local authorities, developers, builders, social housing offices, banks and insurers, public and private companies, trust the Group.
