The “Technical Guide for the design and installation of motorized pedestrian door blocks” reviewed by the SNFPSA at Equipbaie
The SNFPSA (National Union of Closures, Solar Protection and Associated Professions) announces the updating of its "Technical Guide for the design and installation of motorized pedestrian door units"
The result of more than a year of work by the SNFPSA Automatic Pedestrian Doors Group, the revision of the “Technical guide to the design and installation of motorized door units for pedestrians”, replaces the last version dating from 2007.
It covers 112 pages of safety regulations and new developments for motorized pedestrian door units and is a great working tool for manufacturers, installers and specifiers.
The 3 families of automatic pedestrian doors (sliding, swinging and revolving) are thus deciphered in this Guide through their destinations and their obligations. 7 chapters make up this reissue of the guide, namely:
- " general ";
- " French regulations ";
- " technical provisions ";
- " EI doors (firewall) summer (flame guard)”;
- " maintenance and servicing ";
- " summary by door type »;
- " regulatory texts» (entirety or extracts from the applicable texts).
This new SNFPSA Technical Guide will be available for free consultation at Equipbaie (Hall 1, Stand E50), then on order from the union.
For members, it can also be downloaded from the website www.closure-store.org
