Parexlanko's Lankosilo, the “paving site facilitator” service

Autonomy, economy, speed: the construction site optimizer   On a conventional construction site, the progress of the work necessarily involves preparing the mortar and opening the bags intended to feed the concrete mixer. The Parexlanko system, comprising a silo (1,2 or 3 m3) and a mixer, supplied with mortar by the manufacturer, is delivered directly to the construction site. It allows, in a single filling, to supply the equivalent of 200 bags of 25 kg of mortar, in a 3 m3 silo. As the work progresses, the silos, which have a storage capacity of 1,2 m3 or 3 m3 and a standard flow rate of 50 l/min, are refilled on site with 1 tonne Big Bags. In addition, supplied with water and electricity, the Lankosilo allows for completely autonomous implementation, without additional equipment or materials. Concretely, the Lankosilo frees the company from costly investments in equipment, maintenance, and transportation. Using the Lankosilo allows 2 or 3 operators per day to be reassigned to other tasks. Furthermore, since the water/mortar ratio is set by the manufacturer, the solution guarantees consistent mortar quality and optimal mixing. This mechanization prevents any dosage errors. Finally, the system eliminates the need to store pallets of bags. As Diamantino Diaz, a construction manager at SATP, explains, “Thanks to this silo, implementation is easier. It allows us to make mortar on demand; it stays fresh at all times, so there is no waste. As for the time savings, I estimate them at 30%.”   Lankosilo: more respect for the environment   Managing empty bags can quickly become difficult. With the Lankosilo, the construction site is free of this type of waste: bags, polluting sand, and plastic film. Since the Lankosilo runs on electricity, it emits no exhaust fumes and reduces noise pollution. Ideal for urban construction sites thanks to its limited footprint, it significantly reduces aesthetic disturbances. Finally, maintaining the Lankosilo is similar to that of a cement mixer. It is carried out by rinsing the mixer.   The Lanko Pavage System: a range of mortars compliant with the NF P 98-335 standard The Lankosilo is delivered with the 710 Lankostone Pose, 711 Lankostone Pose MB and 715 Lankostone Joint mortars, which make up Parexlanko's range of ready-to-use mortars. Formulated from sand, gravel, special cements and additives, the 710 Lankostone Pose and 711 Lankostone Pose MB mortars ensure optimal sealing and exceptional resistance to the high vibration stresses associated with tramway-type structures, for example. After the 710 Lankostone Pose and 711 Lankostone Pose MB mortars have dried, the 715 Lankostone Joint is spread with a squeegee to fill the paving joints. The surface of the coating is then washed with a water jet as the grouting work progresses.   Lankosilo: a turnkey solution   Parexlanko offers two solutions designed to facilitate the daily management of construction sites. Daily silo maintenance is the responsibility of the company.
