The Maison Bois and Maison Basse Consommation exhibition will take place from October 21 to 24, 2010 at the Toulouse Exhibition Center.
WOOD BUILDING: LET’S BUILD PASSIVE!
NEW this year: take part in a day of professional exchanges allowing companies in the sector to meet and exchange ideas, but also for any company or local authority with a low-energy construction or renovation project for its premises to meet a panel of qualified and competent professionals.
This professional day, co-organized with CRITT 12 Bois, which will be held on Thursday, October 21, will be an opportunity, through high-quality conferences and debates, to provide project leaders and companies present with concrete and technical solutions that will enable them to undertake responsible improvement initiatives.
The context :
Buildings are at the heart of the fight against climate change. In a context of growth, significant changes and new regulations, we can see that various legislative and regulatory measures have been put in place, as part of the objective set by the government to improve the energy performance of buildings: All public and tertiary buildings will be designed according to the "low consumption" standard from the end of 2010. Similarly, all new constructions must be subject to the "positive energy" standard by 2020 at the latest, meaning that primary energy consumption must be lower than the amount of renewable energy produced. The law of December 9, 2004, simplifying the law, which introduced the obligation of an energy performance diagnosis for construction, as well as for sale or rental.
The law of 13 July 2005 on programmes setting out the guidelines for energy policy, which introduced the obligation, under conditions to be set by decree, to provide a technical and economic study evaluating the various energy supply solutions, particularly those using renewable energy. In addition, a decree determines the thermal characteristics and energy performance of existing buildings or parts of buildings that are subject to work.
