Excellence rewarded again

Year after year, Leborgne® confirms its QSE (Quality, Health, Environment) approach by demonstrating its high level of reliability to its customers. The recent achievement of the ISO 9001 standard and the renewal of the OHSAS 18001 certificate are the logical continuation of the brand's unwavering commitment to promoting its core values: the implementation of quality management systems and the prevention of occupational risks. Compliance with environmental requirements was recognized in 2012 by the ISO 14001 certification, renewed at the end of 2015.

Developed as part of a global consensus, the ISO 9001 standard is a key benchmark for the development of quality management systems. The dual ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification is both a mark of recognition and encouragement for all the actions carried out by Leborgne®. It recognizes the high level of quality and reliability implemented to satisfy customers who thus acquire with complete confidence products and services that comply with current regulations, both nationally and internationally.

Important management tools

The numerous certifications awarded to Leborgne® demonstrate that the manufacturer works for the long term while relying on an operational approach. Practicality and a sustainable development strategy combine to make workplace safety a priority.

At the end of 2015, Leborgne® obtained OHSAS 18001 certification and the renewal of ISO 14001 certification for its Savoie sites.

The OHSAS 18001 certification is a model of an occupational health and safety management system, in other words, prevention of occupational risks. With its nanovib® range, Leborgne® has been able to develop tools which help to reduce certain arduousness factors as defined by the labor code. Positioning itself as a leader in the user risk prevention market, Leborgne® strengthens its credibility with OHSAS 18001 certification.

In 2012, Leborgne® also successfully passed the ISO 14001 environmental certification audit for its Savoie sites, which include, in particular, the forge, the assembly plant and the logistics platform.

This international standard defines the requirements for an Environmental Management System (EMS) based on the continuous improvement of environmental performance. Obtaining and renewing this certification in 2015 supports the company's approach. It also provides a management tool for integrating sustainable development issues into Leborgne®'s overall management.

In addition, FSC and PEFC certifications attest that Leborgne® uses wood from sustainably managed forests. The use of premium recycled steel is also used in the design and manufacture of tools.

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSC and PEFC: certifications which, for Leborgne®, are leading management and development tools to improve its performance.
