In L'Huisserie (53), the builder MAISONS SOCOREN reduces its costs by 50% thanks to the Rector integrated underfloor heating system

Two years after its launch, the Equatio® integrated underfloor heating system from Rehau Quality by Rector was selected by the CMIste MAISONS SOCOREN for a construction site of 9 individual houses in L'Huisserie (53). This solution allowed the builder to install underfloor heating for half the cost of a traditional floor.

Rehau Quality Equatio® heating integrates an insulating concrete floor and a heating system directly into the compression slab in order to achieve a Bbio level calculated as closely as possible to RT 2012.

For MAISONS SOCOREN's technical director, Mr. Planchais, "this system offers the best cost/quality ratio on the market." It was implemented in two and a half days by two operators per activity (two days by two masons and half a day by two heating engineers) and resulted in savings of €2500 per floor.

The various stakeholders on the project benefited from Rector's support throughout all stages, from sales to implementation.
