Limit energy loss with Doerken Delta Maxx Comfort
Some roofs promote energy loss, resulting in unnecessary heating costs and therefore unnecessary expenses. To remedy this, Doerken has developed a roof underlay that is compatible with pitched roofs or acts as a rain barrier in timber-framed buildings. Better insulated, the building consumes less energy.

Exterior roof renovation and improvement of the energy balance
Conventional roofs are often responsible for 21 to 30% of the significant energy losses in older homes. Roof renovation is therefore essential to improve home insulation.
The Delta®-MAXX COMFORT, designed specifically for the renovation of sloping roofs
...is a highly vapor-permeable insulating under-roof screen that allows thermal insulation between rafters to be supplemented from the outside.
...is waterproof, windproof and highly permeable to water vapor: it combines the advantages of an HPV under-roof screen and thermal insulation.
The advantages in brief
improvement of the thermal performance of the insulated sloping roof by up to 25%
significant reduction in losses through thermal bridges which can lead to mold
significantly increases the wind tightness of the house thanks to the integrated self-adhesive strip
implementation directly in contact with the thermal insulation between rafters (HPV screen - R3)
limited roof elevation, ideal for renovating existing roofs
installation similar to that of a traditional HPV under-roof screen
Areas of use
in the renovation of sloping roofs to improve the energy balance (9% energy saving)
as rain protection in timber-framed constructions
