Two new Activ Travaux brokers in Rennes

Hervé Souchet and Jean-Christophe Milan have joined the Rennes-based Activ Travaux team. These works activators now number seven serving the department.

From the north to the south of Ille et Vilaine, individuals who want to simplify their work can count on the efficiency of this dynamic team to undertake renovations to their home, carry out an extension or a construction project.

The same goes for retailers looking to redesign their window displays and redesign their stores: backed by over a hundred building professionals, the Activ Travaux agency in Rennes certainly holds the keys to a comprehensive, high-quality offering.

Young enthusiastic creators, Hervé Souchet (30 years old) and Jean-Christophe Milan (27 years old) are passionate people who understand the meaning of the word “service”.

Inspired pThrough the work of his father, a carpenter and joiner, Hervé has long been drawn to the building environment. He financed his psychology studies by working with various craftsmen. (Painter, carpenter, roofer, tiler, public works, roadworks, etc.) "I was the "arpète", the one who prepares the ground alongside the man of art," he recalls.
Result: Hervé got hooked. He worked for various DIY brands before starting his own business.

Because he strives to give meaning to what he does, Hervé has been involved in various voluntary activities since the age of 17 and currently chairs the Rennes association for the prevention of risky behavior, Liberté Couleurs.

When he joined Activ Travaux, he was attracted by the idea of pooling resources and skills. "Jean-Christophe and I are fortunate to be supported by pioneers in the profession. It's a fantastic human adventure!"

For its clients, it aims to build a pool of skilled craftsmen and businesses capable of providing innovative technical solutions, including those addressing energy poverty and home care issues.

Jean-Christophe Milan, for his part, left a comfortable employee position to start his own business, creating a surprise effect among those around him.
Holder of a BEP CAP in carpentry, a vocational baccalaureate in construction and building development, and a BTS in wood production, Jean-Christophe Milan had worked for 5 years for a renowned kitchen designer.

Looking for a business that would allow him to flourish... going self-employed seemed like the best solution. Thanks to his "impeccable" service, Jean-Christophe Milan relies on word of mouth so that when people talk about construction, they immediately think of Activ Travaux!

He has handpicked a handful of seasoned professionals (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, tilers, etc.) to meet the initial demands of individuals.

Work: pure pleasure or real chore?
Finding a plumber, a mason, or an electrician... who's available and reliable is already a challenge. It's easy to imagine the level of energy required to bring together all the necessary trades to get a project off the ground.

The mere mention of work intended to enhance one's life quickly turns into a real chore: how can one ensure that the quotes correspond to the market reality? Where can one find the time to ensure the project runs smoothly? Will the craftsmen keep their word? Finally, if these potential unpleasant surprises are avoided, will the result truly live up to expectations?

Live your work in complete “zenitude”
Carrying out a quality project without surprises or stress is now possible. What's more, it doesn't cost a cent!

"In our business, the notion of service is paramount. We are solution providers, facilitators who oil the wheels at every level," summarizes Hervé Souchet.

Thanks to their rigorous and transparent approach, Activ Travaux brokers make life much easier for tradespeople. Tradespeople rely on brokers to land new projects. They readily let them handle appointments and manage business relationships, thus increasing efficiency and productivity. That's why they cover their entire compensation.
