- “Personal protective equipment (PPE)” ref SS03:  This three-hour information session covers the regulatory context surrounding PPE, potential harms, and appropriate personal protection measures. These topics are illustrated with an example: noise.

- “Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs): The leading cause of occupational illness recognized in all sectors, MSDs are the subject of two 2-hour information sessions.

     The first (SS05) is aimed at management and team leaders, providing them with information, challenges, and possible solutions based on organizational, technical, and human factors. The session is illustrated with examples of commitments made by material suppliers and construction companies. A MSD assessment sheet also allows participants to carry out an initial self-assessment.

     The second information session (SS06) is aimed at operators and workers. It presents the risks of MSDs, the work situations that are conducive to them and the avenues for organizational, technical and human solutions.

“Risks related to noise” Ref RI01

This 4-hour conference is aimed at managers, team leaders, and management. The objective is to discover the latest information on noise risk prevention and to consider integrating appropriate measures into a company's prevention strategy. The four main topics covered are sound and noise, how the ear works, the effects of noise on health, and preventive measures.

“PPE against falls from height” Ref RI02

Leading causes of fatal accidents in the building and public works professions. 

At the end of this session, managers, team leaders, and supervisors have a comprehensive understanding of regulations, how to define a fall arrest system, the various possible systems, and fall factors. The OPPBTP also helps them integrate appropriate measures into the company's strategy.
