LORENOVE Grands Comptes is finalizing this year the major overall energy renovation project of the Atlas 1 Residence
A project that is part of the OPATB (Programmed Operation for the Thermal Improvement of Buildings) program of the city of Paris.
Committed to an environmental protection policy, LORENOVE Grands Comptes has continually improved the technological performance of its products, enabling better thermal and/or sound insulation while integrating the need to reduce impacts on the environment.
Its experience in rehabilitations in residential areas, its ability to adapt to the specificities of the sites and the possibility of customizing the joinery were, among other things, decisive criteria for the Syndicate of Co-owners of the Atlas Residence.
The Atlas residence (Paris 19th), a building with 169 homes dating from the 70s, is an ambitious thermal renovation project, part of a program extended throughout the capital of Paris. "Écorénovons Paris" involves 340 co-ownership buildings (11 Parisian homes) with the aim of reducing energy bills.
Thanks to this program supported by the city of Paris, the State and public authorities, each co-owner receives free support: trustees and co-ownership associations are assisted by a dedicated city service, for the preparation of grant application files.
The objective of this work, on an individual level, is to improve the comfort of individuals while reducing their energy bills by at least 30%.
On a broader level, this objective is reflected in obtaining the BBC (Low Energy Buildings) label, which allows this project to qualify for the following subsidies: "700 euros in collective aid and 000 euros in individual aid out of a total work cost of 900 million" (Joseph Arditty, President of the Atlas Residence Union Council).
To achieve the BBC level, LORENOVE Grands Comptes participated in the completion of a comprehensive thermal renovation of the residence, reducing energy losses by 41%. This reduction improves comfort in each individual's home and in each common area.
This implementation includes the thermal insulation of facades, roofs and lower floors, the improvement of ventilation, as well as the replacement of common and private frames and windows.
The completion of this major project, combining a strong ecological awareness - for a cleaner, more comfortable and less polluting building - and technological innovation, will ultimately enable savings of 90 euros per year in energy costs.
This is a new success for Lorenove Grands Comptes, which works to enhance the value of its heritage by including its products in a policy of sustainable development and respect for the environment.
Bet made and won!
