LORENOVE OBTAINS THE CAPITAL LABEL

 Named “best window installer in France” by a renowned consumer magazine in 2017, Lorenove has done it again by obtaining the Capital Label “Best Brands 2019” for its quality customer service!

For the third consecutive year, Capital has partnered with the Statista Institute (expert in market and opinion research, business intelligence portal) and is publishing the list of the best brands in France in 2019.

This ranking is the result of a large, anonymous and independent online survey conducted among 20 consumers to measure the quality of the brands' service.

The 300 evaluations collected made it possible to classify 000 brands in 359 sectors of activity according to 137 rating criteria:

– customer service (quality of welcome, speed of contact, etc.),

– the level of expertise of the brands (staff competence, quality of the information provided, etc.),

– their willingness to recommend the brand in question to someone they know.

Following this survey, Lorenove stands out among the best brands in the "Sale and installation of windows" sector for its quality of customer service, totaling a score of 7,07/10; well above the sector average.

This distinction corroborates ethics and professionalism, the two fundamentals of the Lorenove network!
